Tasks/Responsibilities

The CRM Specialist will serve as the internal reference for D365 and will be responsible for the platform's evolution. Reporting to the IT Director, they will contribute to the enhancement, configuration, and training of new users.

MORE PRECISELY

  • Train super users on the platform
  • Develop and design training content
  • Analyze business needs and draft functional specifications
  • Configure CRM modules and features
  • Participate in testing phases and prepare documentation
  • Operate within an AGILE environment

PROFILE

  • 5+ years of IT experience, including 3 years with D365
  • Experience in environments with Windows, SQL, D365, and Power Platform
  • Strong expertise in configuring D365 CRM
  • BAC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
