Cybersecurity Advisor (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Advisor for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Perform root cause analysis of vulnerabilities and work on remediations
• Responsible for contributing to several IT security projects including system upgrades and patches
• Act as a single point of contact between customer and infrastructure teams during incidents
• Ensure service performance and be responsible for implementing changes and fixes
• Work closely with other technical teams to analyze incidents and propose solutions

PROFILE

• 6+ years of experience in IT Security
• Professional experience in network security, information security and/or cybersecurity
• Customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Certifications an asset (CCNA, CISSP, CEH, CySA+, etc.)
• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, http, SMTP and DNS)
• Professional experience in banking or capital markets• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• BAC in computer science or the equivalent
• Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
