CRM Solutions Architect (Dynamics)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The CRM Solutions Architect (Dynamics) will be responsible for designing technical solutions adapted to the needs of the company, considering current and future requirements.

MORE PRECISELY

• Contribute to the migration of Dynamics CRM to the cloud and manage platform updates
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Participate in documentation, risk management, and cost evaluation of projects
• Validate architectures with stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals
• Design technical solutions meeting business needs and aligned with corporate strategy

PROFILE

• 7 years + years of experience as a CRM Solutions Architect
• Experience in Dynamics CRM environment required
• Strong knowledge of the use of BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network)
• Good knowledge of the ARB (Architecture Review Board)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
