We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Business Integration Manager - Modern ERP Readiness to join our team. This role is essential in facilitating seamless collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective business integration within our ERP transformation program.

Reporting to the Business Integration Lead, you will:

Reporting to the Lead, you will:

  • Facilitate effective collaboration and engagement across eight Global Process Owner (GPO) teams, program teams, and stakeholders to drive an aligned view of detailed processes and scope for implementation.
  • Partner across the program to prepare, coordinate, lead/facilitate, and manage stakeholder meetings, workshops (e.g., Fit-to-Standard assessment workshops, detailed process design), and other engagement activities.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies, engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand their requirements/needs and drive alignment with the program's goals/objectives.
  • Collaborate across business (i.e., GPOs, PGs, BUs) and technical (i.e., IS&T, Data, Enterprise Architects, Systems Integration partner) teams to support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and enable smooth integration between business and system requirements.
  • Identify and manage stakeholder dependencies and interdependencies across the program, monitoring and assessing stakeholder satisfaction while addressing concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates/reports to the program leadership team on stakeholder engagement/alignment and proactively manage/address business integration workstream risks and issues to drive program outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • You have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and management within large-scale, global organizations.
  • You have a proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and driving organizational alignment across diverse senior stakeholders.
  • You have 7-10 years of experience in program/project management, digital transformation, business analysis/improvement, and change management.
  • You thrive in high-paced environments, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering results.
  • You have a strong understanding of global business processes and their interdependencies across people, process, and technology.
  • You excel at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and aligning business needs with technical solutions.
  • You proactively identify risks and interdependencies, addressing stakeholder concerns effectively.
