We are looking for a business analyst, Salesforce CRM who will be a key actor in the digital transformation. You will lead end-to-end digital projects with a focus on customer experience. The BA ensures the CRM system becomes a powerful tool for achieving business goals, improving customer relationships, and driving overall success. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Requirement gathering

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business goals and user needs.

    • Document and communicate clear requirements to the technical team, aligning them with business objectives.

  • Stakeholder communication

    • Act as a liaison between business users, Salesforce developers, and other teams.

    • Facilitate workshops and presentations to align all stakeholders on objectives and progress.

  • System configuration support

    • Collaborate with the CRM team to configure and customize the system according to business needs.

    • Validate that configurations meet business requirements.

  • Process analysis, data management and integration

    • Analyze data flows within Salesforce and between connected systems.

    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in customer profiles, interactions, and reporting.

    • Map out processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies in Salesforce use.

  • Testing and quality assurance

    • Create test cases and scenarios to validate that Salesforce functionality meets requirements.

    • Collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a smooth system rollout.

  • Reporting and analytics

    • Design and create reports and dashboards to monitor key Salesforce metrics.

    • Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement strategies.

  • Training and support

    • Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote Salesforce adoption.

    • Create user manuals and guides for effective use of Salesforce features.

  • Change management

    • Identify impacts of Salesforce-related changes on business processes.

    • Help manage transitions by creating clear communication and training plans.

  • Continuous improvement

    • Monitor Salesforce system performance and gather feedback from users.

    • Recommend enhancements or new features to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM/Salesforce or a similar role.

  • A solid understanding of Salesforce and ACC, and software.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with CRM implementation and integration.

  • Experience with training and user support.

  • Versatility, flexibility, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

  • A strong communicator, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.

  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks within deadlines.

  • A proven ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
