Your future role on our team

Reporting to the Product Manager - IT Business Solutions, you'll play an active role in the evolution of the platform, as well as in the day-to-day activities of supporting, analyzing, configuring and maintaining proper system operation.

You'll work closely with the firm's various stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Project Management, Human Resources), your team members and other areas of IT (development, BI, infrastructure and service centre).

  • Identify, define, analyze and document internal client business needs for various digital tools.
  • Understand the business context of internal clients and impact of IT changes, initiatives and projects on their processes.
  • Make recommendations based on facts or analysis to improve the user experience.
  • Provide functional support to business teams in their daily activities.
  • Configure applications to meet business needs and processes.
  • Ensure that standard practices and procedures are applied when analyzing, documenting and configuring solutions.
  • Establish and perform unit and acceptance tests, coordinate their execution with super users and get their feedback before and after implementation.
  • Work with other team members and the user community.
  • Maintain an optimized portfolio of applications and reports to support the business unit.
  • Provide effort estimates as part of IT planning.
  • Be responsible for certain projects based on standard practices established by the project management community of practice.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT management or equivalent
  • At least three to five years of IT experience
  • Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
  • Participation as a functional analyst in major IT development projects
  • Strong life cycle experience related to software development
  • Asset: experience in a services firm
  • Asset: knowledge of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
  • Asset: experience with DevOps
  • Asset: Knowledge RH software solutions
