Tasks
Data Feed Support:
Configure, modify, and monitor data feeds in client databases.
Analyze and test data feeds, including integrating new files.
Data Support:
Handle requests for data corrections, insertion, and migration, manually or using tools.
Client Support:
Investigate reported issues, provide data on demand, and assist clients with using the application.
Conduct client training sessions via Zoom.
Internal Support:
Provide support to colleagues for executing processes on test databases.
Investigate internal bugs and manage internal tools and processes.
Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
Knowledge of databases (SQL, data feed management).
Ability to analyze data files (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.).
Experience with data management and migration tools.
Understanding of financial applications and their processes.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate proficiency in English for communication with clients and writing 30% of the time.
