Applications Principal Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Applications Principal Director will be responsible for managing about twenty people, including two managers (applications team and data team), to provide an overview of the application ecosystem and the data strategy.

• Manage the two departments, establish the vision and the best strategies to put in place
• Coach managers and contribute to the professional development of the team
• Work in a context of growth and operationalization
• Develop a roadmap for the applications ecosystem and the data strategy

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as a Director (managing at least 10 people)
• Specialized experience in Application Development (solution implementation, change management)
• Knowledge of Microsoft, ERP and BI environments
• Experience in the operationalization of application support
• Expertise in personnel management
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
