Application Support Analyst (3+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst for a 3-month contract with the possibility of renewal or permanence.

MANDATE

• Support employees in the use of software and effectively resolve technical problems
• Process level 1 application support requests and escalate complex requests
• Take charge of creating and managing access to different systems

PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience in application support
• Professional experience in the use of manufacturing applications (Asset)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to learn new environments
• Team spirit, resourcefulness and sense of initiative
• DEC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
