We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP Functional lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level support and guidance to our internal users on SAP applications, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing the system's capabilities to meet business objectives. As an SAP Functional Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP solutions meet business needs and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, strong leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills

Main responsibilities:

• Serve as the second level support for SAP-related queries and issues within the organization.
• Provide hands-on support and training to super-users and some end-users on SAP functionalities, modules, and processes.
• Work closely with business users, developers, basis & functional lead peers and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Participate in SAP testing and implementation of new modules or enhancements.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance SAP system usability and efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize the SAP AMS backlog, including enhancements, bug fixes, and user requests.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address recurring issues.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for SAP AMS.
• Oversee the change and release management processes for SAP, ensuring that changes are properly tested and deployed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience 2-5 years as an SAP Superuser or in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP PP, PTP, FICO, EWM, QM, OTC, S/4HANA).
• Proven track record in SAP AMS, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification(s) and familiarity with SAP Fiori is a plus.
