You'll play a leadership role with various players on strategic, complex and innovative initiatives and projects. More specifically, you will be required to:
Support developers in adopting technologies
Help your colleagues to excel
Stay up to date on IT trends
Analyze and develop software products (design, coding, testing and operation)
Define development methods, and share them across the teams you oversee
