Web Functional Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

As part of the D365 ERP integration, the Web Functional Analyst will be responsible for identifying internal and external functional requirements between the new web and E-Commerce platforms and D365.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze and assess business processes, current systems, and employee needs
• Collaborate closely with the ERP integration team and Web/E-Commerce teams
• Approve user stories
• Participate in the selection process of the new platform
• Configure and perform unit testing on various platforms
• Ensure the follow-up and documentation of functional requirements
• Work in an environment including D365, Magento/Optimizely, Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a similar role
• Experience with D365, Magento/Optimizely, Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail
• Experience in a retail environment (asset)
• Good knowledge of Magento or Optimizely
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
