Quality Assurance Lead

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible of a technical team made up of 3 people dedicated to quality assurance.

MORE PRECISELY

• Contribute to projects in an integration environment between systems such as POS, ERP, OMS, WMS, etc.
• Analyze functional needs and ensure the quality of development
• Create desirable scenarios, describe the proposed solutions, evaluate the impact
• Detect anomalies, diagnose problems, generate ideas, and provide concrete solutions
• Act as a lead in the implementation of automated testing in a manual environment
• Managing and mobilizing, mentor and coach team members

PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Lead
• 8+ years of experience with quality assurance concepts
• Expertise in an integration ecosystem (ERP, OMS, POS, WMS, e-commerce, etc.)
• Knowledge of Postman
• Experience in automated testing (strong asset)
• Leadership and organizational skills
• BAC in computer science or the equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
