Tasks
Conduct regular franchise visits and lead business reviews to optimize financial and operational performance while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Focus your efforts on enhancing the company's value proposition by promoting programs that drive sustainable results for branches.
Supervise and support the implementation of company-approved initiatives.
Inform franchises about available supplier programs and assist them in leveraging these while building strategic relationships with suppliers.
Train and coach franchises on the importance of an effective sales process and help them develop sales programs tailored to their capabilities.
Share successes and best practices to improve the overall network's performance.
Be available and accessible to promptly resolve business issues reported by branches.
Participate in coordinating and organizing events that support the network's priorities.
Ensure the performance of the branches under your responsibility.
Cultivate and maintain influential relationships with the supplier community.
Perform any other related duties.
