e-commerce Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving the activity of the company's various banners while managing a multidisciplinary team and various major projects.

MORE PRECISELY

• Manage a team of 7 to 8 people and collaborate with another team manager as well as the marketing department
• Implement web content creation strategies
• Enrich the content of the product catalog until marketing
• Optimize SEO, customer experience (UX/UI) and analyze key performance indicators (traffic, conversion)
• Develop the strategic product marketing plan as well as growth and conversion strategies

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an E-Commerce Team Manager
• Proficiency in analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar and CMS and PIM solutions
• Ability to manage budgets and projects
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and have a remarkable team spirit
• Excellent knowledge in the world of fashion
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
