Tasks

  • Respond to level 1 technical incidents via phone/email.
  • Analyze the source of problems and handle escalation services for all workstations, printers and network connectivity.
  • Perform configuration and deployment of images on desktops and laptops.
  • Diagnose, categorize and identify emergencies.
  • Proactively interact with the customer to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Degree or certification in computer science or IT.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in network connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 environment and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge to support Macs (iOS).

  • Strong interest in the IT field.
  • Good communication skills in French (functional English).
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
