Tasks
Perform emergency interventions, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, and provide instructions to clients regarding their generators in an effective manner.
Test, measure, and verify the operation of electrical components, including live elements and electric fields.
Carry out commissioning and load tests as needed.
Handle and diagnose thermal engine generators operating on diesel or natural gas.
Ensure the maintenance and management of company tools and equipment, including precise tracking of spare parts inventory.
Inform the supervisor of all aspects of the service performed.
Write service and performance reports for the required equipment.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Experience as a field service technician for generators is preferred.
DEP in electromechanics or other equivalent training.
Valid driver's license in Quebec and a clean driving record.
Skills in mechanical, engine, and electrical diagnostics.
Excellent customer service skills with solid experience.
Advanced proficiency in English (50% of the time) to communicate with English-speaking clients.
Must be available for service calls.
