Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support in a company of approximately 170 employees.

MORE PRECISELY

  • Respond to employee requests for IT issues encountered by phone, email or in person
  • Document requests in the ticketing system
  • Perform installation, configuration and updates of workstations and software
  • Take charge of managing access and network accounts according to established processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the implementation of IT projects

PROFILE

  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Technician
  • Professional experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Hyper-V and Azure
  • Good technical knowledge of IT equipment, networking and software support
  • Comfortable in a corporate environment
  • Professionalism, good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • DEC or AEC in IT or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
