IT Infrastructure Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee acquisition projects, support, and vendor management to ensure smooth operations for a rapidly growing company through acquisitions.

MORE PRECISELY

• Ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructure (Networking, VOIP, Cybersecurity, Systems, etc.)
• Actively participate in, coordinate, and manage acquisitions (user migration, CRM integration, etc.)
• Supervise support teams across various branches
• Develop a disaster recovery plan and IT project roadmap
• Implement best practices and promote continuous improvement of technological solutions

PROFILE

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 3 years as an IT Manager
• Experience with environments such as Windows, O365, VMware, Azure, and Cisco
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud migration
• Experience in acquisition contexts (strong asset)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
