YOUR IMPACT:

As the Technical Lead reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Systems Analysis - Variable Compensation, you will act as a System Architect for our compensation tool to ensure automation of data feeds; accuracy of payment and accrual calculations; documentation of business requirements, technical systemic plan builds, testing and quality assurance. You may also be responsible for the creation and detailed analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance data reviewed by ELT, on all compensation plans.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

  • Working knowledge of business analysis methodologies, quality assurance and project management.
  • Financial systems/analyst experience
  • Xactly Incent, Xactly Analytics, Xactly Connect are valuable assets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 - especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level); ability to work with large data sets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in SAP, Salesforce.com
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis/Quality Assurance experience with compensation/finance systems
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with accounting and compensation data.
  • Organized with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree, College diploma or equivalent experience.
