We are seeking a Senior Writer to join our Global Technical Services team. In this role, you'll be a key player in crafting content that supports our technical support and service offerings for customers worldwide. You will help shape communication strategies, develop engaging materials, and contribute to innovations within our department.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Producing high-quality, clear, accurate, and complete communication pieces with no errors, within established deadlines.
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks and have exceptional analytical skills.
  • Managing multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Working in a high productivity environment with the ability to gather information for a writing assignment from a variety of sources, including Customer Support, R&D, and Product Management.
  • Researching and learning new technologies in writing for today's digital world.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • University degree or college diploma (BA or MA), preferably in English, Technical Writing, with 5+ years of professional writing experience.
  • Exceptional English and communication skills. Experience writing using a corporate style guide and following writing guidelines.
  • Proficiency with blogging/word processing software, an understanding of content management systems, marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM software (Salesforce) is ideal.
  • Ability to create high quality graphics using tools like Photoshop, Microsoft Visio, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of video production techniques and experience with tools such as Premiere / After Effects.
  • Knowledge of OpenText Information Management (IM) products.
