The Opportunity:

You will be working with the Sales Operations leadership team to provide planning, analysis, and reporting on key sales performance metrics. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a broad understanding of business goals and objectives. Proven working experience as a business analyst or data analyst is required.

Your Impact:

  • Work closely with Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Global Services, Finance as well as Support to enhance value and consistency across all geographic regions
  • Reviewing and advising alternative and innovative contract language in order to maximize guaranteed revenue
  • Communicating with Sales and senior executives to review specific transactions, seeking necessary approvals as required by internal corporate policy
  • Enhancing existing processes to streamline the sales cycle
  • Assisting in the definition, updating, and tracking of key operational performance indicators
  • Compiling regular and ad hoc reports of key operational metrics
  • Compiling data from variant sources and systems to create effective reports to help management optimize business resources
  • Communicating cross functionally with different business lines to ensure departmental goals and objectives are clearly disseminated, understood, managed, and tracked
  • Assisting in the compilation and delivery of information that Operational leaders will use to run the business

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years of Deal Desk, Finance, Bid Management, Accounting, Legal, Purchasing and/or Sales Operations background
  • Experience working with senior management to CEO level and cultivating positive working relationships with Sales staff
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience in quickly reading and understanding revenue contracts
  • Cross functional influencing skills
  • Experience in delivering high quality guidance against challenging timelines
  • Experience in working with virtual teams across the world
  • Strong business and financial acumen, and ability to draft commercial language in contracts
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. Strong organizational skills
