Your Impact:

As the Principal Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our flagship product OpenText Capture (formally known as OpenText Intelligent Capture and Captiva). This is a unique opportunity to own the product vision and roadmap, leading the journey from on-premises solutions to cloud services. You'll work at the cutting edge of Intelligent Content Processing, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies, making real-world impact on businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Vision & Roadmap: Develop and drive a compelling product roadmap, balancing innovation, market needs, and long-term strategic goals.
• Understand Customer Needs: Deep dive into industries like Financial Services and Public Sector to identify key challenges and deliver impactful Capture solutions.
• Lead Cloud Transformation: Drive the transition to cloud-based Capture solutions, leveraging AI and automation.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with global teams across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions to accelerate time-to-market. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Champion the Product: Act as the voice of OpenText Capture, engaging with customers, sales teams, and partners to drive product awareness, adoption and success.

You are great at:

• Experience in Enterprise Software: You have a proven track record managing products in cloud environments and agile development.
• Strategic Business Insight: You have a deep understanding of Intelligent Document Processing and can translate enterprise customer challenges into innovative product solutions.
• Passion for AI & Automation: You're excited about the potential of Agentic AI and automation in transforming document capture and data extraction.
• Cloud First Mindset: You have experience with cloud service definition and delivery.
• Collaborative Communication: You're a strong communicator who can work effectively with technical and business stakeholders, inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products.
• Agile & Adaptable: You thrive in agile environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems creatively.
