THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are building a cutting-edge, Global Network Operations Command Centre in Waterloo—a state-of-the-art hub driving innovation with advanced technologies and automation. We are hiring a team of NOC Administrators to lead first-level triage for applications, systems, and networks while managing access and incidents. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Apply problem-solving and structural thinking skills to solve ambiguous business issues or challenges, sometimes with limited information.
Evaluate systems components, systems software, networking infrastructure, and hardware peripherals for availability, reliability, and performance.
Triage and resolve systems and network issues reported by both internal and external proactive monitoring systems.
Notify internal and external customers of planned and unplanned interruptions to the system's operation.
Contribute to the knowledge base through process development and improvement.
Be an advocate for change where it delivers greater customer centricity and customer outcomes.
Work on access management for internal SaaS applications and AWS environment.

Highly developed communication skills with the ability and comfort with working at executive levels.
2+ years of related experience.
Technical Degree and/or equivalent experience and training preferred.
Experience in SaaS Applications and AWS/GCP/Azure.
Must be willing to work any shift in a 24/7/365 work environment, some Holiday and weekend work required.
