OpenText is seeking for a high-energy, customer-oriented professional with strong communication problem-solving skills and experience with project management, Oracle Eloqua, and Salesforce. The Manager of Revenue Operations (Marketing Automation) possesses the ability to effectively lead a team by leveraging expertise in automated marketing processes. This professional is adept at orchestrating and optimizing marketing campaigns through various automated tools and platforms. Their leadership skills encompass strategic planning, team coordination, and fostering a collaborative environment. They excel in aligning the team's efforts with organizational goals, ensuring efficient implementation of marketing automation strategies, and driving measurable results. With a keen understanding of emerging technologies and a results-driven mindset, the Manager of Marketing Automation guides the team to deliver impactful and data-driven marketing initiatives. Developing comprehensive, integrated campaigns in Eloqua as well as making recommendations for campaign automation and best practices


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Leading a team who will interact with Marketing Managers to build campaign canvas workflows on their behalf in our Marketing Automation platforms and all associated campaign assets including, but not limited to, segments, emails, landing pages, and forms
  • Ensuring team members are employing best practices and minimizing mistakes, churn and inefficiencies
  • Evaluating marketing database and build campaign target segments in accordance with business processes and best practices
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining documentation and scalable processes that reinforce best practices and create the correct data to measure performance
  • Generating and analyzing standard campaign performance reports; assess campaign performance; and make recommendations for campaign performance improvement and optimization

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • At least 8 years experience in executing digital marketing programs & campaigns in a Marketing Automation platform (Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills to operate in a matrixed and agile organization
  • Solid project management skills to work closely with team members, product marketing, industry experts, and field marketers to ensure timely execution on all campaigns
  • Familiarity with lead generation and lead management tactics and process, pipeline management and the associated measures and metrics
  • Salesforce experience a nice to have
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the campaign metrics and provide meaningful analysis of the campaign performance leveraging Salesforce.com and Eloqua reporting and dashboards
  • A proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • A self-motivated, performance-driven, and professional demeanor
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field is required
