YOUR IMPACT:

The Lead Revenue Operations Analyst is a key position within the Cloud Business Operations team. The incumbent is responsible for consolidating and reporting the weekly Bookings and Renewal Rate forecasts for various Business Units within the Cloud organization. In this role, the individual will also be responsible for reporting on process conformance and supporting enablement for stakeholders across the organization. In addition, the incumbent will generate ad hoc reports, document processes, and participate in process improvement initiatives as required

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
• Provide cloud bookings and renewal rate weekly forecasts for business unit owners by running reports from the supporting systems and then by engaging with management for required adjustments as needed.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly/quarterly results and communicate current results and forecasts to functional leaders.
• Collaborate with the Finance team during the monthly, quarterly and year end close processes to investigate and resolve variances from expected results.
• Support the day-to-day business operations support for the Cloud renewals organization.
• Support the annual planning process for renewal rate and renewal bookings targets.
• Analyze and report on key business metrics such as renewal rate, cancellation rate, weekly upward and downwards movements, exceptions, on time renewals, and more.
• Assist in identifying risks & opportunities within the Cloud order to cash processes on an ongoing basis, working with functional leads to mitigate the risks and capitalize on the opportunities.
• Compile and prepare reports and other information for review by senior level analysts and management as required.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or another related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, financial analysis, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience in financial modeling is an asset.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and to identify relevant issues in solving business problems.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with business partners, supervisors, and peers.
• Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and business analysis tools for data management, research, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Previous experience reporting using platforms such as Salesforce.com is an asset.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or working with data models is an asset.
