YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) Cloud Application Consultant/Developer with a focus on building customized solutions that drive efficiencies, margin, and revenue growth while increasing customer satisfaction and deepening strategic corporate customer relationships. In this position, you will be responsible for helping conceive and maintain client solutions tailored to the electronic discovery needs of corporate clients, potentially including services and technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project-management, technical consultants, developers, other enterprise consultants and senior leadership from the business unit, as well as with key corporate customers. The position will be reporting to senior leadership within the business unit.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

● Interact with clients including email, video, voice, and if needed on site visits.

● Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to individuals with varying degrees of technological skills.

● Use troubleshooting skills to isolate, diagnose and resolve technical issues outside of regular technical requests.

● Design and develop cloud-based eDiscovery applications that address the unique requirements of OpenText and its corporate customers, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and workflows.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, project managers, and external teams such as corporate litigation departments, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

● Develop T-SQL queries and stored procedures to automate specific processes using best practices including logging, rollbacks, version control, and documentation.

● Create T-SQL QC procedures for customer sites that ensure data integrity working with resources from Systems Engineering to integrate into routine monitoring.

● Create ad hoc reports as required and build case-specific and/or global reports for regular retrieval using T-SQL. Reports and SQL DML should be stored in version control and documented.

● Use search tools combined with T-SQL to perform post search updates. When possible, standardize the process using logging, rollbacks, version control, and documentation.

● Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline driven situations ensuring the delivery of quality work products within established times.

● Provide support for escalated service requests including problem identification and resolution; and solving complex technical issues such as system performance troubleshooting, scripting conflicts, search result troubleshooting, and consultation.

● Identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency and leverage technical skills to create and implement resulting solutions.

● Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of custom eDiscovery applications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

● Thorough understanding of relational databases with 3+ years of MS SQL experience required.

● Proficient in T-SQL, Python, jQuery, JavaScript, and shell scripting.

● Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud platform is a plus.

● Preferred experience with C#, Microsoft Technologies, Jira, and Confluence.

● Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Desirable Work Experience, Qualifications, Skills

● Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, with a technical degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant work experience

● Requirements may dictate the necessity to work hours outside of the normal, 40-hour workweek.
