About You:
As a Systems and Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing Itergy's internal infrastructure, maintaining its networks, and providing support to its users. This position also requires a basic understanding of IT security, as managing an environment effectively necessitates ensuring its security by adhering to standard best practices.
Applicants with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to further their skills, especially in security and networking, are highly desired.
If you're passionate about Microsoft technologies, learning about best practices and security standards, and have a keen eye for identifying, troubleshooting, and solving problems at their source, we want to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate will be autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple cases at once. A desire to develop your knowledge and skills with your colleagues is highly valued.
Technical Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT as a Systems and Network Administrator
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues (level 2 and 3 support)
• Experience and familiarity with the following products:
o Cisco Meraki, Dell, and Fortinet networking management: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot devices (firewalls, switches, VPNs) to ensure network security
o Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
o Microsoft Azure AD Synchronization
o Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Modern Desktop deployment
o Microsoft Office 365 Administration
o Microsoft Azure Backup Service Vaults
o Veeam Backup and Replication tools
o Windows 10/11
o Windows Server 2019/2022
• Additional concepts we're looking for:
o SSO, SAML, MFA, and Conditional Access management
o PKI concepts
o Virtualization
• Incident management, identifying root causes, and analyzing the best solutions to minimize future impacts and outages for the environment
• Training and supporting users
• Service Provider Management (ISPs and other third-party providers)
• PowerShell Scripting
• Service-based Monitoring
• On-call emergency phone rotation during evenings and weekends
