The Vice President of Wireless Marketing will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for Bell's mobility brands. This pivotal role focuses on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that prioritize the customer experience, elevate brand positioning, and drive growth across wireless and consumer segments. The ideal candidate possesses a collaborative spirit, is highly organized, and excels in relationship management, demonstrated by a strong ability to work cross-functionally.

Strategic Marketing Leadership:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on wireless consumer and small business segments, aligning with overall organizational goals.
• Design strategic marketing plans that consider new product feature releases, ensuring that campaigns resonate with target demographics.
Collaborative Execution:
• Foster strong partnerships across sales, pricing, operations, and digital teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Encourage a collaborative culture that recognizes the contributions of team members and stakeholders.
Customer-Centric Focus:
• Utilize customer insights to guide marketing decisions, emphasizing Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Simplify the customer experience through innovative digital transactions, inspired by industry leaders.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic plans.
• Set and track performance metrics to assess progress against revenue and market performance targets, ensuring marketing initiatives are effective and aligned with business objectives.
Creative and Strategic Positioning:
• Develop strategic marketing positioning tailored to the distinct needs of various consumer segments.
• Enhance brand awareness and representation through multi-brand marketing strategies, optimizing the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
Future-Focused Planning:
• Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans extending 3, 6, 9, and 12 months ahead, ensuring consistent program execution and revenue tracking.
• Experiment with various permutations to improve key performance indicators, including Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), while optimizing the cost structure.
Innovation and Leadership:
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies and market trends to drive creative marketing solutions.
• Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team, fostering an environment that emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and professional development.
