We're a customer-driven and product-minded team within TELUS, responsible for our company's digital evolution. The Digital Product Strategy & Transformation team builds smart, customer-centric and data-driven experiences for telus.com and the My TELUS web and app.
Within Digital Product Strategy & Transformation, the UX Research team is responsible for understanding user behaviors, motivations and experiences across our digital products to further understand how we can create delightful user experiences for our customers and prospective customers.
What we'll accomplish together
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our dynamic team and contribute to building seamless, customer-centered digital experiences for TELUS customers. As a UX researcher, you will investigate user behavior and user needs using both qualitative and quantitative methods by designing and conducting foundational and evaluative research to guide executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to combine their quantitative and qualitative skills to better understand behavior and motivations, drive product strategy and improve the overall experience across TELUS.
