We are hiring a Technical Security Sales Leader to lead a national team of world-class technical experts in the Enterprise tier for the Canadian market. As a proven sales leader, you will support your team in achieving and exceeding quarterly and yearly targets that deliver end-to-end thought leadership and transformational customer outcomes. You will enable and empower your team to drive technical wins. This opportunity will allow you to learn and accelerate your career growth, honing your managerial, solution sales and collaboration skills and deepening your end-to-end security expertise. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • 3+ years people management experience (including leading virtual teams).

Technology Specialists M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $121,800 - CAD $219,100 per year.

Scale Customer Engagements:

  • Enable and empower team to influence customer decisions and ensure technical wins by streamlining processes and managing flow of wins, leveraging deep knowledge of processes, tools, and programs: Proactively identifies and leverages knowledge/orchestration of resources and owns resolution of blockers.
  • Deep technical understanding of Security architectures, solutions including Microsoft M365 Defender suite, Defender for Cloud suite, Sentinel, Purview including Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management and Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB).
  • Ensure consistency and quality through capturing, sharing and adherence of standards and best practices
  • Maximizes area-level capabilities of scaling through partners by coaching team to grow partner network, identifying gaps and promoting Microsoft within the ecosystem.
  • Build and empower team to influence compete strategies; coaches and provides support to team and across internal teams to execute strategy; identifies cross-workload strategy opportunities; maintains communications with internal partners; acts as subject matter expert on competitive disciplines

  • Supports mentorship, identifies growth opportunities, builds development plans with direct reports, and conducts development discussions.
  • Delivers results through teamwork: Drives execution of projects; drives a growth mindset and learning-focused culture by empowering team to focus on learning.
