JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the S/4 Technology Lead, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading and executing two critical projects: S/4HANA implementation and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) integration. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex technology implementations and a proven track record of success in driving organizational change

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies for S/4HANA and S&OP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals
  • Lead multiple cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
  • Deliver compelling presentations to Senior Leadership Teams, articulating program vision, progress, and value proposition
  • Facilitate executive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Change Management and Communication

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to support user adoption and minimize resistance to change

Technical Leadership

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional and technical specifications for S/4HANA and S&OP solutions
  • Oversee the design of solution architecture, module configuration, and customization of functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP implementations, including at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, global ERP and supply chain technology programs.
  • Extensive experience in S&OP processes and implementations
  • Experience leading business transformation with supply chain and finance and digital technology focus is preferred
  • PMP certification and familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams in complex, matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Global delivery exposure and deep understanding of SAP software and related technologies
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
