About Digital Sales & Marketing

The Digital Sales & Marketing team leads consumer experiences for TELUS e-commerce, digital communications and omni-channel enablement. We're harnessing the power of digital to fuel sales and performance, empower customers with self-serve solutions on TELUS.com and the My TELUS app, and engage our audience with highly-personalized campaigns about our innovative products, bundles and social purpose differentiators. We collaborate with internal partners to provide analytics, insights, resources and recommendations to guide every decision and design on our digital channels. Together with our partners, our investments are focused on reducing cost to serve, driving conversion and growth, and ensuring every single customer interaction is consistent and exceptional, no matter where they choose to shop. As part of the Consumer Marketing & Channels organization, our team is guided by a vision to drive market leadership and unlock the potential in our communities, customers and team members.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape Strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that align with our team's mission, vision, and mandate
  • Create Impactful Presentations: Craft and present high-quality presentations that effectively communicate our strategies and initiatives to senior leaders
  • Manage Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, VPs, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment
  • Interpret Feedback: Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement
  • Drive Projects: Oversee program and project management activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of key initiatives
  • Support Team Mission: Assist in establishing and promoting the team's mission, vision, and mandate, ensuring alignment across all initiatives

Qualifications

  • Complex Business Acumen: Proven experience in complex business environments, bringing people together to evaluate risks and focus on delivering results
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate a strategic vision and roadmap, gaining support and sharing a compelling story in a clear and simple manner
  • Persuasive Influence: A trusted advisor who listens, learns, and applies facts and data to articulate a compelling narrative
  • Customer Focus: Relentlessly focused on our customers, anticipating their needs, and creating value through our products and services
  • Insightful Analysis: Summarize insights in a way that facilitates decision-making and demonstrates critical thinking skills in complex analysis
  • Relationship Building: Take a proactive approach to building relationships with stakeholders, showing good judgment in handling commercially sensitive information
  • Program/Project Management: Proven experience in managing programs and projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of key initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Extensive experience working with Directors and VPs across various functions, with a strong ability to influence and drive alignment

Great-to-haves

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Relevant experience focused on telecommunications, media, software, tech
