As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of product lifecycle leadership and migrations, helping our customers stay connected to what matters most. Our journey toward becoming a cloud-based, digital-native services organization involves simplifying our business, modernizing legacy technologies and networks, and streamlining our product offerings. As Senior Strategy Manager - focusing on moving customers off of our legacy products and networks - you will own, evolve, lead, and execute on our customer migration strategy. You will be responsible for driving customers to connect to our networks with the latest and greatest technologies available, including TELUS PureFibre, wireless and 5G, or blended network solutions. This exciting role involves partnership across multiple business units, including TELUS Business Sales and Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and the Business Copper Retirement team. You will own the evolution of our customer experience, bringing innovation and strategic thought to create the optimal customer journey as we migrate customers to more sustainable and reliable future-focused solutions. You will have the opportunity to design and launch several grassroots campaigns, leveraging multiple mediums including digital, email, letter, experiential marketing, as well as digital and static signage in our communities.
The role requires strong leadership skills, experience developing and presenting to senior leaders, exceptional stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset. You're not afraid to dive deep into the details as required but can easily synthesize and communicate with cross functional leaders and stakeholders in support of key initiatives. You have a natural curiosity and you appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow.
