We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator with Marketing Cloud experience to join our Enterprise Solutions team. This role will play a key part in supporting our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms by ensuring they meet business needs and operate effectively. The ideal candidate will manage platform configurations, maintain data integrity, and support sales and marketing automation initiatives to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce CRM Administration:

  • Administer Salesforce CRM, including user management, security settings, profiles, and permissions.
  • Configure and optimize workflows, approval processes, page layouts, and Lightning components.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.
  • Manage system integrations and troubleshoot data flow between Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Perform regular data audits and maintain data integrity across Salesforce systems.

Marketing Cloud Administration:

  • Manage Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design, implement, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate segmentation and targeting by managing data extensions and contact lists.
  • Develop and maintain automations to support marketing workflows and communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.

Cross-Platform Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud users, providing training and support.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend platform enhancements.
  • Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors for platform enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Support ongoing projects, including onboarding new business units to Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience developing, optimizing, and supporting database servers.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201).
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud certification (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist preferred).
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs, SQL, and AMPscript.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, marketing automation, and customer data management.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations in Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder).
  • Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud Connect, or similar).
  • Background in marketing or experience collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Developer) are a plus.
  • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a strong asset.
