Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Senior Mobility Retention Pricing Strategy Manager to oversee and optimize retention and renewal strategies for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB). This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive churn and renewal strategies and performance reporting to ensure we meet our churn and retention targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of pricing strategies, and the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and various teams. This person must be extraordinarily curious and not shy away from getting hands-on with deep dives and analysis.
