Job Description:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will embed yourself in a cross-functional teams of Product, Engineering and Customer Success to drive shared vision and execution of important B2B2C product experiences across connectivity and developer enablement spaces. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Product Design process including defining the most compelling problems to solve, conducting secondary and primary research to understand problem space and evaluate your solutions, prototyping at different levels of fidelity, and delivering high-fidelity designs to the development team. You will be the advocate for User Experience within the company and amplify the Human-Centered Design mindset across the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to identify opportunities, test and launch new products and features in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity
  • Lead and participate in usability research and user interviews; Inform design decisions through an iterative process by evaluating quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Design elegant yet efficient flows & interactions across platforms (web, mobile, and emails)
  • Produce storyboards, site maps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes to articulate functionality and user experience
  • Clearly and concisely articulate design thinking process and methodologies, present prototypes and other artifacts to influence senior leaders both internally and externally; Anticipate and address feedback, develop opinions, and gain alignment
  • Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners

Required Skills:

  • Have 3+ years of experience of working in full stack product design, demonstrating strong UX/UI craft
  • Advise and help guide user research (evaluative and generative) studies and observe and analyze end user behavior
  • Are comfortable with executing core skill sets of product design: visual design, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Can build clear, concise presentations to influence wide audiences including executives via storytelling
  • Are an organized, systems thinker who can flex and operate to the needs of different projects, teams, and systems
  • Are a team player and can communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, product managers, and engineers
  • Have cross-platform design experiences (Mobile Web, Desktop Web, Android, iOS, emails)
