What will your typical day look like?

• Lead and manage the Operate - Analytics team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Oversee the delivery of analytics services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for analytics-driven solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics models, data visualizations, and business intelligence tools.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of client data.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics). A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in analytics, data management, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., AWS redshift, Power BI, Qlikview).
• Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data transformation techniques, and experience with SAP data models.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex analytics projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support project delivery.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $118,000 - $220,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
