What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team to assist with building & monitoring Authorization related controls. The ideal candidate is passionate about authorization & authentication with in-depth experience supporting large scale enterprise systems (preference given to candidates with experience in Axiomatics Authorization Suite). Success in this role requires direct experience in Authorization, Authentication, directory services, identity management, and cyber security.

What will you do?

  • Be a part of gathering requirements and assisting with design of Authorization controls that align with Organizational Security strategies and Operational needs.
  • Responsible for supporting enterprise-wide services in the IAM domain including authentication and directory platforms
  • Assist with investigation and triage activities of security related incidents providing detailed technical research and analysis
  • Administer user profiles in Global Directory System
  • Perform authentication operations in various IAM applications
  • Perform proactive security activities and deep technical analysis to increase safety and soundness of the operational environment
  • Collaborate with application support teams, application custodians and IAM Business Analyst team to maintain up-to-date IAM Operation Guides and process documents.
  • Perform root cause analysis for in-scope systems, identify improvements, and drive to implementation
  • Possibility of after-hours support


What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

  • Undergraduate degree with 3 or more years of experience in IAM roles
  • Hands on experience using Authorization solutions
  • Professional with experience in Information Security and general IT controls, testing and regulatory requirements
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documents
  • Advanced experience with Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in the areas of ITSM & Cyber Security
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Nice-to-have

  • 1+ Years of experience using and interpreting information from Axiomatics Dynamic Authorization Suite
  • Professional certifications, e.g. ITIL, LSS-YB, CISSP, CIAM, Azure, AWS are a plus.
  • Cloud monitoring experience from an IAM scope (AWS & Azure)
  • Experience with Python
