Job Description:

The Senior Advisor, HR Solutions and Analytics, supports the Operational Excellence team by delivering and maintaining HR technology solutions that align with organizational goals. They enhance HR processes through strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and strong governance, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and optimal system performance.

This role is an eight (8) month contract.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop repeatable UAT strategies and maintain a library of HR requests for release reviews.

  • Collaborate with IT to align solutions with operational standards and integrate systems like Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Partner with Operational Excellence teams to build governance models and effective intake processes aligned with organizational goals.

  • Educate business leaders on access management roles and responsibilities in HR technology.

  • Create and deliver communication strategies for HR systems, manage project requirements, and support cloud solution implementations.

  • Test solutions with stakeholders, evaluate results, and ensure interoperability across system modules.

  • Improve requirement-gathering processes, assess new technology releases, build business cases, and train HR teams on new features.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience leading Workday HRIS implementation or operations in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong expertise in Workday modules including Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling, with a solid understanding of Workday HCM and data management.

  • Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery; certifications in Workday and ServiceNow are preferred.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration.

  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to stay organized and manage fluctuating workloads.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data management tools, and Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting.

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this position is $66,831.48 to $83,539.35 with a maximum of $100,247.22.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
