We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote Canada Position

Required Qualifications.

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
• 2+ years experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud OR Community Cloud experience.
• Must be consultative / design thinking focused.
• Must be able to run UX workshops, create process, journey mapping, wire frames & prototypes.
• Strong documentation with full UX/UI design process; flow charts, prototypes, mockups, complex user journeys and concept mapping, sketches, product launch, workshopping.
• Hands on experience designing the UX for a variety of platforms including mobile and web
• Experience working on Frameworks like SLDS or WES, EinsteinGPT and Semantic Search
• Portfolio that shows recent design work and full design process; case studies are ideal to see as well as artifacts, site maps, competitive analysis and personas.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Familiarity with Salesforce standards and the ability to ensure designs are efficiently.
• implemented and meet quality standards. (SLDS Design System)
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and with
• cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, capable of facilitating feedback sessions and presenting design concepts and iterations.
• Good storyteller to help communicate direction and recommendations.
