We are currently seeking a Salesforce Force.com Developer - Remote Canada role.

Our Salesforce Developers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

Required experience.

  • 5+ years' experience in a Salesforce consulting role that include completing at least 3 projects in a development role.
  • 5+ years of Force.com developer/administrator experience
  • 5+ years of experience using Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL and relational database schema design
  • 5+ years of object-oriented programming language (APEX, Java, Javascript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python) and good knowledge of API design.
  • 5+ years experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Development and coding standards and best practices
  • Experience using debugging tools such as APEX logging
  • Github experience with merging code and branch management
  • Experience in testing including unit and functional testing
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills

Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce Admin

Preferred Skills:

  • DevOps Experience: Test automation (Behavior Driving Design - BDD), Source code management (Prompting Code to higher environments), Jenkins experience
  • Experience building highly scalable applications
  • Experience with Agile software development
  • Experience with NodeJS and Java
  • Salesforce Certification (Admin, App Builder, Salesforce Developer, AI Specialist)
  • Mulesoft Integration"
