What you'll do

Our Supply Chain team is looking for a dedicated Replenishment Analyst to join the Pro Hockey Life Team. The Replenishment Analyst will work in partnership with the Category Business teams to introduce exciting new products while maintaining and growing sales in our existing product lines; ensuring that we successfully respond to the evolving needs of our customers by having the right product at the right place at the right time.

  • Managing the allocation of product to the different PHL stores across the country, factoring in regional differences, sales performance & inventory levels, and category strategies

  • Managing Purchase Orders and ASNs to ensure timely delivery of product from Supplier to Distribution Center, then Distribution Center to stores, to meet launch and promo deadlines.

  • Support merchandising initiatives, ensuring that supply chain solutions are in place to effectively service our customers. This could include providing inventory health analytics and/or collaborating on product allocation strategies

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Category Business Managers, Suppliers, Advertising, Stores Operations, and Distribution Center teams to support the business in a manner that is profitable for the corporation


What you bring

We are looking for a driven problem solver with a passion for supply chain, strong collaboration skills and follow through that is starting their career.

  • University degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce

  • 1-2 years of industry experience in supply chain or process work, includes Co-Op/Internships

  • Proficiency in standard office software, demonstrated Excel capability, experience in reporting and analytics (Power BI experience is an asset)

  • Strong tactical negotiation, process management and organizational skills

  • Problem solving, self sufficiency and growth mentality

  • Supply Chain experience including purchase order creation and management, inventory allocation, and inventory forecasting is an asset

  • Interest/Experience in Hockey is a bonus
