Position Summary
Comprehensive primary care is the foundation of a high quality, sustainable and integrated health care system. The Toronto Western Family Health Team (TW FHT) is a multi-site, academic team composed of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, pharmacists and multiple other health care professionals focused on family and community health.
The Project Specialist, Business Intelligence bridges data, decisions, actions and outcomes to change how problems are solved, how data is visualized and how intelligent automation technologies support the strategic goals of the TW FHT. The role functions autonomously and collaboratively with the leadership and health professionals within the TW FHT as well as external partners. As an ideal candidate, you have proven expertise in analyzing complex data and supporting healthcare organizational change and transformation initiatives, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
