ABOUT THE ROLE:

Transform the hospitality experience with Plusgrade as our new Product Marketing Manager (PMM). Plusgrade is seeking a collaborative, creative and customer-centric PMM to position and market ancillary solutions that Hoteliers will adopt and Guests will love. This position plays a key role in driving demand, usage and continued relevance of our products through their lifecycle to support Plusgrade's growth and commercial objectives within the Hospitality vertical. They will be an expert on our products, and develop a deep understanding of the industry, our customers and our Guests.

This Product Marketing Manager collaborates closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Partner Success teams, thriving in an environment of rapid growth and change. We're seeking someone with a proven track record of driving results in dynamic, evolving organizations—a self-starter who consistently identifies and acts on opportunities to improve and innovate.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Leveraging industry, competitive and consumer insights to inform product marketing strategy for different audiences and to help shape and optimize our products

Defining and regularly strengthening the value proposition, positioning and messaging for their portfolio of products

Creating compelling sales enablement collateral including but not limited to: sales decks, case studies, product videos and sales training content

Working closely with the Content and Creative teams to bring our product messaging and campaigns to life in different channels and assets

Partnering with Product to develop and execute impactful go-to-market plans that drive demand and adoption of our products and features

Supporting our Business Development and Partner teams in growing adoption and usage of our products and features

Liaising with marketing stakeholders across verticals and business units to leverage insights and success stories that will resonate in Hospitality

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B technology environment

Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing narratives

Confident and self-motivated working in a highly ambiguous environment

Resourceful and independent problem solver

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging

Highly collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship

Experience in Hospitality is an asset
