What you'll do

  • Develop, lead, and manage the execution of the product roadmap with cross functional teams to deliver on strategic vision to become a market leader in our digital customer experience

  • Define scope of development for product enhancements, the work priorities of cross functional teams for deliverables, and engage and influence relevant stakeholders

  • Monitor completion of tasks against defined timelines and influence for additional resource allocation if required. Lead regular touchpoint meetings and to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved

  • Have a strong understanding of analytics and the ability to intimately work with data to determine actionable insights utilizing lean methodology (ex: design thinking, rapid prototyping, test and learn approaches, etc.) and make strategic recommendations

  • Translate strategies into actionable and measurable tactics. Monitor and measure performance of new products or new releases and understand how customers are engaging with our products

  • Present strategy, progress and product feature to internal stakeholders at a senior level

  • Partner cross functionally to facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps in our product and our business

  • Proactively identify changes in the business and technology landscape. Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research

  • Management and oversight of 3rd party work, including contracts, defining scope, sourcing, setting timelines and facilitating kick-off meetings. Identify need to engage 3rd party support

  • Practice digital thought leadership, agile and lean methodology and change management processes. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and best in class practices throughout the retail industry

What you bring

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Design or equivalent

  • Strong retail and/or ecommerce background, with expert knowledge of Product Management and ecommerce technologies

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant digital product management experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 5 years experience in building mobile app/web experiences

  • Strong understanding of mobile app platforms and UX

  • 10+ years of experience in defining and implementing roadmaps using an agile and lean methodologies

  • Strong analytical skills utilizing Excel, SQL, Dashboard and Data visualizing applications

  • Experience in setting Test & Learn agenda and applying analytic insights to the test plan

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, providing great insights and recommendations

  • Proven ability to develop effective cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across businesses and technology stakeholders

  • Highly organized and adept at prioritization - Recognize and keep track of all the moving pieces in projects, adjusting to new information, goals, and conflicting product priorities

  • First-class influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization

  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to engage, influence, inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment

  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
