Would you like to lead a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services within Canadian customers? Do you have the business savvy and the technical sales background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider?
As an ISV Principal Sales Representative you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a cloud computing in Canada's largest segment. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in strategic global accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead a team with transformational engagements at the CXO level.
Key job responsibilities
Build the strategy, secure alignment and drive accountability with the OneTeam
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
Accelerate customer adoption
Maintain a robust sales pipeline
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
Manage contract negotiations
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction
Expect moderate travel

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
- Experience developing and executing a strategic plan for global accounts with OneTeam group of stakeholders
