What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.

The PAM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, hands-on experience with PAM tools, and the ability to lead a team of security professionals effectively.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and administer PAM solutions, including onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts, policy configuration, and access reviews.
  • Design and enforce access controls for privileged users, applications, and systems to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate insider threats.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of PAM technologies and tools, ensuring they meet the organization's security requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, compliance, and risk management, to integrate PAM into existing processes and workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams on PAM-related issues, including access governance, password management, and session monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for PAM operations and governance.
  • Monitor and analyze privileged access activity for anomalies and potential security incidents, conducting investigations and remediation as necessary.
  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities related to privileged access, recommending proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Respond to and manage service issues and problems
  • Report any breaches in information security or policies

Do you possess the following?:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity and access management (IAM) technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions such as CyberArk, or Thycotic, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, access controls, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
