What will your typical day look like?

• Lead and manage Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) implementations and projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain data warehousing solutions using leading database technologies such as Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Utilize ETL tools, specifically Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), to extract, transform, and load data.
• Implement and manage Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including DW/DM schemas, ETL processes, business/semantic modeling, subject areas, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage all aspects of the analytics project life cycle, including discovery, design, build, test, and deploy phases.
• Provide expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and ensure seamless integration with analytics solutions.
• Apply thorough knowledge of data warehousing theory, including relational and multi-dimensional OLAP.

About the team

The Oracle Analytics Senior Consultant/Consultant plays a crucial role in Oracle Analytics projects, focusing on the design, implementation, and deployment of analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and related technologies such as Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The candidate is expected to have comprehensive experience in the entire analytics development process, including working with ERP and operational data sources, designing and building Data Warehouse/Data Mart relational OLAP schemas, creating ETL routines, configuring and deploying OAC, managing OAC security, and developing reports and dashboards. Additionally, they should be adept at testing, performing migrations, and training users.

The ideal candidate should also possess experience with Oracle's Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) platform, including provisioning, setting up, validating data, creating data augmentations, modifying metadata, and developing custom data integrations and structures. Familiarity with out-of-the-box FDI content for financials, human capital management, and supply chain management is essential. Furthermore, the candidate should have functional business experience in key areas such as accounting, supply chain, and human resource management, preferably with experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud functions. They should be skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, and managing business expectations, making them well-suited to support organizations deploying Oracle Analytics.

You are someone who has:
• Post-secondary degree from accredited University or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud
• 2+ years of experience with leading database technologies (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server), Data Warehousing , Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), ETL tools (ODI)
• 1+ years of experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Thorough knowledge of Data Warehousing theory, including Relational and Multi-Dimensional OLAP
• Experience with all aspects of Business Intelligence: DW/DM schemas, ETL, Business/Semantic Modeling, Subject Areas, Reports & Dashboards
• Experience with all aspects of the analytics project life cycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Deploy

Recommended:
• Experience with OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition), Oracle BI Financial Applications, Oracle BI Procurement / Order Management Applications, Oracle OLAP
• Experience with Essbase, Microsoft SQL Server DB, Unix/Linux, other BI solutions (MicroStrategy, Cognos, BOBJ)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Business Process Analysis
• Understanding of standard Business Functions (GL, AR, AP, Order Management, HR, etc.)
• Experience working in several industries (Financial, Insurance, etc.) in a consulting environment.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
