As Manager, Home and Business Digital Solutions, you will deliver best in class experiences for our customers. You'll create digital products that enhance the digital commerce experiences for Internet, TV, Home Phone and Home Security Services to help simplify the lives of our customers. Working to meet the needs of our customers, stakeholders and the broader CIO team, you will be tasked with owning the engineering strategy and delivery of products and programs within your portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of the Home and Business Digital Solutions team, you will collaborate with your peers within the organization to execute on the Product strategy and lead and empower a team of talented engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the professional growth of your team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet our digitization goals. You will also build and support a highly engaged, performant team, and act as a mentor and coach to help build a strong and enduring culture at TELUS.
